Returns & Exchanges At Decor Threads, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
  • Cushions: You may return unused cushions in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
  • Custom Curtains & Blinds: As these items are bespoke and manufactured specifically to your measurements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom window treatments once manufacturing has begun.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
